The advantages of regular cycling need not be discussed as they are pretty obvious. It boosts your cardiovascular health, increases your endurance and strength levels, and makes your legs look a whole lot better. That said, you need to schedule out your cycling hours, and determine how often you do so. Which brings us to the question, which bike is better for cycling, a normal one or a stationary one?
A stationary bike is great because of the convenience it creates. It can fit in virtually any indoor space, and gives you the option of adjusting the resistance levels. It’s also very comfortable. A normal bike on the other hand gives you the advantage of difference terrain surfaces. You may also be able to adjust the resistance levels, and your mind doesn’t get bored because the environment around you is constantly changing. It can be uncomfortable, but that’s dependent on the kind of bike you buy in the first place.
Which is better between the two then? There’s no one answer for the question, but if you have a relatively free schedule, and have a nice cycling terrain, go for the normal bike. That’s because it is easier to cycle for longer on a normal bike than on a stationary one.
