So during the summer seasons you have to try and ride the cycle during early mornings and late evenings. This might help in maintaining hydration of your body. You also have to be sure that you practice drinking water when riding your cycle. You should also ensure that you drink enough of water before you begin riding your cycle. You should try to carry your water bottle with you and keep in sipping it whenever you get a chance to drink. You should always try to drink water even before you are really thirsty.
